The Art of Feeling Good …

What does it take to feel good? A desire to release that which no longer serves us and move forward in the direction that feels better.

Within each of us lies our authentic self, capable of profound health, happiness and creativity. But life can sometimes get in the way.

Our lives are shaped by the situations around us and how we choose to respond to them. Every situation has the potential to create either a positive (harmonious) or a negative (disharmonious) reaction in our body. Our body then keeps a record of these reactions and stores them in the energy patterns of our cells.

The patterns within our energy cells are the foundation for how we think and feel. Positive energy patterns allow us to flow life in a positive manner; we attract and are attracted to things that serve us. We all, unfortunately, have had times when we were unable to deal with what was happening to or around us – maybe we were afraid, or confused or overwhelmed. Instead of dealing with the situation and what we felt, we repressed it. These disharmonious energy patterns then became trapped in our bodies, exerting influence in ways that do not serve us.

Overtime, we can have years of repressed fears, worries, doubts and traumatic events that become layered on top of each other, creating a barrier to our authentic self and its perfect expression. It is these layers that cause problems and challenges for us by creating programs and patterns that can alter who we are, how we live our lives and how healthy we are.

Our bodies are designed with an internal, self-correcting mechanism that is intended to keep disease at bay and bring understanding and clarity to emotional, mental and spiritual issues. A build-up of unresolved, negative issues over time can affect and alter this internal mechanism. As a result, we begin to show signs and symptoms of dis-ease, resulting in problems at physical, emotional and spiritual levels.

When this happens, it is important to deal with the true source of the issues in our life by releasing the layers that have built up and reclaiming our natural vibrance. This allows us to recalibrate our energy back to our authentic self and our natural source of well-being.

The Technique …

Melody uses a technique designed to locate and release the source of these disharmonious energy patterns, allowing you to shift into a more positive place. Using an insightful approach that allows her to connect with the body, she is able to sort through the layers of issues to connect with the source of the problem, targeting and releasing the energy patterns that hold old traumas, negative emotions and beliefs that are surrounding the issue.

By working with the energy patterns that are disrupting the natural function of your body’s own healing mechanism, your body is able to rebalance at a cellular level. This is a process that allows you to deal with the root of the issue, rather than just the symptoms and moves your body back into a state of balance. From this place, you are able to reach for greater levels of health, healing and well-being.

This technique realigns your body’s energy patterns, which is necessary for lasting change. As old issues are released and replaced with a new perspective, you begin to connect back to your authentic self, the foundation for wellness and understanding in your life. Melody’s work is designed to reconnect you back to this foundation, bringing clarity and a positive self-expression. And the best news is that this technique can produce remarkable results, effortlessly.
